Payment, Shipping and Return Policy
Terms
Payment in full prior to shipment. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, Discover and Check. Payment by check will delay shipment until check
clears the bank. Shipping and applicable sales taxes will be added to listed prices.
Shipping / Delivery Information
We will need a telephone number and contact name at the destination delivery address.
The customer is responsible for ALL freight charges.
Liability for Damages During Shipment
The American Craftsman Corporation cannot and will not be held responsible for
damages incurred during shipment. All shipments are processed for shipment FOB
Tulsa, OK. All claims for damages during shipment should be made to the freight
company within 48 hours. Please keep all packaging and damaged goods for inspection
by the freight company. Please inspect goods before accepting (and signing for) them as
received in good condition. Please be very careful unpacking the crates, as damage can
occur to copper products during the uncrating process. Delays in delivery - Please allow
three weeks for delivery. All orders are processed as received and every effort will be
made to meet your construction deadlines; however, we have no liability for damages
suffered as a result of such delays or failure of the products to arrive on time or intact.
Returns
No returns accepted without prior written authorization. A 25% restocking fee applies to all
returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned freight collect.
Warnings
Finials and Cupolas MAY ATTRACT LIGHTNING! Finials and cupolas are not intended to
act as lightning protection without proper modifications by a qualified, professional
lightning protection company. Modifications include, but are not limited to, the installation
of conductors, grounds, fittings, etc., and MUST be installed properly. The American
Craftsman Corporation assumes no liability for damage due to lightning with or without
the installation of lightning protection modifications.
