Custom Copper Chimney Caps
Our copper chimney caps are custom made to your exact length and width specifications.
They are custom hand-made from 16oz. sheet copper and will last a lifetime. These copper
chimney caps can be ordered chemically treated to create the green patina finish, or you
can let them age naturally. They do have a top in them. They also have a wire mesh soldered
on the inside to keep out pests. Also, as you can see in the pictures, the flashing around the
bottom is approximately 3" and fits down over the sides of the top of the chimney. All
existing hardware, (spark arrestors, vents, etc) is left in place and these caps fit down over
the top of them. They are attached using either masonry or drywall screws, depending on
your application. All caps are approximately 36" in height. The top curves in from the bottom
of the roof to the top about 8" unless you need it to be modified to a smaller sweep in order
to have room for your existing spark arrestor. We have made them as large as 6' by 8' and
have shipped them to most every state.
The price can be calculated as follows: in inches (length + width) times $18.00.
Example: 48" x 60"=108" and 108 times 18=$1,944.
